Scott Fleming will bring Practical Leadership from the Farm to Madison
This campaign will be built on hard work, authenticity, and relentless focus on the issues that matter most to the people of the 15th Senate District. With your support — through volunteering, donating, and spreading the word — we will deliver the practical, results-driven leadership Wisconsin deserves.

Affordability
I will bring common-sense restraint to Madison and work to lower the property tax burden on working families and seniors.

Agricultural Protections
I will fight for policies that support farm viability, cut unnecessary regulations, and ensure agriculture remains the backbone of our rural economy.

Water Steward
I will champion practical, science-based solutions that reduce nitrates in our groundwater while keeping family farms strong and productive.

Data Centers
I will protect our land & water by requiring data centers to pay their full costs, respect zoning, and meet strict standards–so Wisconsinites never subsidize massive corporate projects.

My name is Scott Fleming, and I’m proud to announce my candidacy for the Wisconsin State Senate in the 15th District.
For years, I’ve worked side-by-side with farmers, businesses, and families across our region as a Certified Crop Advisor and nutrient management specialist. I’ve helped producers make practical, science-based decisions that strengthen their bottom lines while protecting our land and water. As First Supervisor for the Town of Johnstown, I’ve fought to keep local government responsive, our roads maintained, and our farmland preserved.
I’m running because Wisconsin deserves leaders who bring real-world experience and common-sense solutions to Madison—especially on the critical challenge of cleaning up nitrates in our groundwater. This isn’t about politics; it’s about protecting our drinking water and keeping our farms viable for generations to come. I know we can achieve both when we work together rather than fight each other.

I’m not a Madison politician — I’m a farmer, dad, and town supervisor who solves real problems every day. We don’t need more toe-the-line partisanship. We need practical leadership that protects our water, strengthens family farms, and controls costs for working families. This fight starts now in the 15th District. If you want common-sense solutions instead of politics as usual, join me. Let’s take practical leadership from the farm to Madison!
